2. What data we collect through this portal

When you apply to join the System Lens Evaluation tester network through this portal, we collect:

Your name and email address
Country of residence
Device information (make, model, operating system, OS version)
Gaming or software usage experience and profile
A written response to a short scenario question (used to assess writing ability)
Any accessibility features or requirements you choose to share

Submission of this application is voluntary. You may withdraw your application at any time by contacting us at privacy@systemlensevaluation.com.

3. How we use this data

To assess your suitability for inclusion in our tester network
To create a tester profile if your application is accepted
To match you to appropriate evaluation assignments based on your device and experience profile
To contact you about the status of your application

Legal basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (submitting the application) and, if accepted, on the basis of contract (your participation agreement as a tester).

4. Data storage and processors

Application data is stored in Supabase (US; transfers covered by Standard Contractual Clauses). Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be retained for up to 6 months and then deleted. If accepted, your data becomes part of your tester profile and is governed by the full SLE privacy notice.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR (for UK/European data subjects) and Japan's APPI (for Japanese data subjects), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your application data at any time. Contact us at privacy@systemlensevaluation.com. We will respond within one calendar month.
